Who I am

I help leaders and teams develop and implement their strategic aspirations. I encourage them to shift their perspective and develop new insights into their biggest challenges, engaging their teams, customers and stakeholders along the way. I focus on practical approaches to change management, because success rests on navigating uncertainty and exploring new possibilities.

I have developed this approach over 30 years in consulting roles in the corporate sector and with public sector clients, and most recently in sport. I work independently, but also in partnership with:
